In these days of global commerce Flavour Pict has gone decidedly against the trend of supplementing they're own produce with offsite supply during the winter months. Most Canadian Marketers bring in produce from Mexico during the heart of the winter due to the costs of running their facilities during the height of the Canadian winter. Flavour Pict does not.

At Flavour Pict we grow our produce onsite year round because we'll have it no other way!

At Flavour Pict we are adamant about the quality and standards of our produce. When we leave control of growing to someone else we lose our ability to pick and choose only the finest grade of produce to ship. We will not give up our hands on process to ensure what is packed and shipped with the Flavour Pict stamp of approval meets Flavour Pict standards.

Does it cost us more to operate this way? Absolutely! But at Flavour Pict we will have it no other way.
